While we always endeavour to dispatch an order within 2 business days, unfortunately, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end.
We aim to have your order to you within 3 working days – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
For international orders, regular post will take between 5–15 business days for North America and the UK and between 10–28 working days for the rest of the world.
If you live down a dirt track in KwaZulu-Natal, please allow a little bit extra of extra time.

** YES! We will happily ship surfboards internationally and we have shipped boards to many satisfied customers all over the world. That said, unfortunately, shipping companies in Australia price their services based on the higher of either actual weight (low for a surfboard) or volumetric weight (extremely high for a surfboard), which means shipping surfboards internationally is expensive. However, please note that this is a pass through cost, based on our average.
*** Heavy/bulky items may include but are not limited to wetsuits, board cases and other large items. Shipping for these items will be assessed and a separate quote sent before international shipping occurs.

At Benny's Boardroom, we want you to be happy with your purchase! And let’s be honest — we want you to keep coming back for more, and to tell all your friends about us.
Benny's Boardroom is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 100 days (30 days for sale/outlet items), in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund, your choice.
Importantly, watches must have all original protection seals intact to be eligible for return. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If something arrives damaged or faulty, please take a few images of the faulty item(s) and email us with the images on hello (at) bennysboardroom (dot) com (dot) au.
We strongly recommend that you opt for the registered post option so that if your package goes missing (it happens) you can track it down. As you are the sender in this instance we do not have the authority to track down the parcel for your.
I want to return my order, what do I do?
Email us at hello (at) bennysboardroom (dot) com (dot) au, let us know and tell us why, and we’ll organise your return. Too easy!
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will organise your replacement or refund.
When will my refund be processed?
All returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and, if all is in good order, the refund will show on your credit card within 1-5 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution).
Out of Stocks
We update our site’s product availability frequently. However, in rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
